You will work with mixed teams consisting of German codecentric consultants and our nearshoring experts. All team members will work hand in hand on your project, regardless of their location. You will always have a primary contact person in Germany who will work with you to define the project requirements and then ensure that the team implements them.

Nearshoring, on the other hand, means that companies outsource their processes to nearby countries, often in a similar time zone, such as Eastern Europe for German companies.
